Never realized this until today, went to transfer some $ for an ebay/pp purchase and my online banking prevented me. I called the branch up and they said due to "banking regulation D" I'm only allowed 6 interaccount transfers per month if i'm not present in branch, which presents a problem as i've been out of the country for almost a year now. Interesting is all i can say
