I asked about this awhile back and didn't get much of a response.
Maybe it's new or maybe they don't have much of a customer base.
I've "heard" that the new version of their CMS is the bees knees, so I had it installed.
Still haven't had time to read the manual though.sig too bigComment

it is the most confusing cms I have ever worked with
and add on top of that the manual which really doesn't cover anything specifically and just talks in general ideas
it is just pure confusion
I would PAY someone (native english speaking) to come in and sit with me for a day and show me how to work it all
I can see awiz does so much, but getting it to do it all is a huge painComment

I have the CMS setup, and I was wondering about the affil. software myself for personal cascading. I don't even need it for affiliates, but it seems handy if anybody ever wanted to promote a site.
For my personal paysites, NATS and other solutions seem to be a bit much.Comment

The reason I want it is that it does cascading etc and the 3rd party billing companies make the payouts.
I am not really that impressed with the affiliate admin that I was in the demo at Nylons Cash as peole have to manually input their affiliate id into the link codes.Comment

Have you ever worked with MAS ? www.mansionproductions.com CMS I found that as confusing as hell at first then realised how frigging easy it was. However, like you say I needed someone to sit with me and talk me through it for a day, now I cant live without it.Comment

Well right now you can get MPA3 for free by using paycom as your primary processor, and they'll even let you cascade with ccbill.
They make the payouts for you also.
So unless there's some specific feature that you need or you're running your own merchant account it doesn't make alot of sense to pay for another script.

Thing is I want all the links to go through my URL and not the processors. Actually aWIZ support has replied you before you wrote it on the GFI:

Do you have any problems with getting emails from aWIZ, or is the phrase above still on "bad English" ?
Why do you prefer to spend a time in searching of "one person", but just not to send your questions to aWIZ support?...Comment

And that's the only reason why we react a bit harshly when some public post does make an mistaken impression that answers can't be received from us directly. In 100% cases it is not true.

every time I email you all, you refer me to a section of the manual that is extremely vague and gives no precise direction, and if that isn't the case I usually can't understand your english so I give up

If you ask "how to get something?" - we direct you to Manual, it's logical.
But if you write "I have read proper section of Manual and can't understand exactly the following thing:..." - we will provide you with clear and exhaustive explanation.
So just try to read Manual and define a problem more exactly.
All this may be added on the custom basis. As you know, our prices for custom reworking are quite low.Comment

so, I have to start every email with "i have read the manual and can't figure this out"? haha...um..ok
the manual is the most vague and unexplained manual I have ever used...if you all would actually pay someone that knows awiz in and out to document and write out in plain english how to get everything done, you would have a LOT less support inquiries
in fact, in all honesty, the manual is more like a "this is what awiz can do" and not a "this is how to do things in awiz"Comment
