I would of been buying domains, gotten involved two years earlier like 98 and not go with the biggest ad I first saw for a processor (ibill).

Launched an affiliate program in 1998 instead of believeing all the money was to be made in selling traffic.

I would have also set up a 3rd party processor when I had the chance. I also believed at the time their was no money in dialer, 3rd party processing or running an affiliate program.

I would love to go back in time and kick myself in the balls and say "Listen shit head use the money you have in the bank and invest in the 3rd party biller and the affiliate program instead of spending it investing in a dumb design company and mainstream ventures that will be out of business in June 2000".

I would have done more investing in it back in 97 when I first got out of college, and was making my $60k in telco. Instead of treating it like a hobby, and extra money. I would have been more aggressive.

Also would have had to stop drinking, and partying as much.

i got in this shit in 97, didnt know what the fuck i was doing, didnt know this would turn into a real job etc etc

BUT back then, i was 17, with NO money, no job, in highschool, and i always wanted to buy some domains, but no way of getting them, i had no checks/credit cards etc

so i didnt buy some REALLY REALLY good ones that were available back then.................i wish i wouldve forced my parents to trust me to lend me the money and the means to buy up some of them domains
