    What is considered a large network?

    with one person running the show? I would think that for someone with
    multiple paysites, directories and exclusive blogs, they would pretty much
    have to be working constantly.

    So how much do some of you "one man bands" really juggle on a day to day
    basis?

    How often do you ever think to yourself "God, I have so much shit to do"?

    ...And I know that some of you will be able to relate to me when I say that
    if you are a "one man band", sometimes It's hard to get out of a groove where
    your doing your paysites but feeling guilty that your directories are suffering
    or visa versa.

    For me I just stop, reset, breathe and see what needs that most immediate
    attention. What about you?

    Lastly, how many of you automate everything? ...or am I the last one that does
    everything by hand and static?

          What makes you think someone would be working constantly ?

          If you're good at delegation then you needn't do all that much other than steer the ship.

          Automation is one thing, outsourcing is another, why do things yourself that someone else can do for you cheaply and more efficiently than you can ?

              I run 30 paysites now ADG and I used to do EVERY SINGLE DAMN THING by myself. I was so burned out I wanted to fuck a goat, and not in a good way.

              So now I have 7 employees who do daily tasks and other things i can't stand doing anymore. Want some tips hit me up via ICQ. Life is too short, man, live as much as you can (if you got the cash flow, that is).

                  I try to create 1 hand-written blog a day, I would like to do more but creating hand-written blogs can be a really tedious process. I have mucho respect for the guys that put in hours upon hours of work a day working on their network.
