never seems to pull the trigger and actually send out the lawyers

see that why i love being a canadian, because in my country the lose pays for the legal expenses of the winner.

Which means it really doesn't matter the resources he has if he has a lousy case he would just be pissing away his money.

I have done my research and there has been no convictions regarding embedded videos. First of all im in a foreign juristiction which makes it more work for him to get me in a court. Second of all he will need to set a legal president, which im sure would be costly and he would have no clue of the outcome. Last of all, i fully co operated and removed the content straight away which will look favorable to me, meaning he could potentially get little / no damages. I would be willing to stand up for myself and wouldnt back down over this. If he hated me enough he could make my life a bit shitty for a while but most people would guess the only person to benefit from this would be steves lawyers. That being said, i dont want to keep blasting him about this, it gets nowhere. Im sure he has the capability to sue someone if he wants. I am just gonna be the bigger man and let the drama stop. Its not good for either of our businesses.

Yes, I did threaten to sue GideonIdiot, but in the end, he ended up with a worthless domain of a non-existent model, and made himself look like a creepy stalker. We changed Raimi's last name to something she liked better anyway.
