Where can I find a good icq advertiser?

I need one that can send a lot of messages per hours. I must also be able to use proxies to send messages and the most inportant is that I want to be able to send my advertisement on the first message I send. Not the second.

no. My sponsor allows me to spam it...well, my cc processor does not care, and my host as well...

as for the non-convertion....the amount of clicks is normally 10% of the amount of messages sent. way better than e-mails.
