PR0 many of us remember reading the bull shit when it first happened over a year ago and you were clearly in the wrong and should have paid him back. Then you disappeared for a year+ right after being outed and everyone saying that you were clearly in the wrong.
Whether or not the guy has mental problems has nothing to do with whether or not he should have been refund the money he paid you. You even posted that you knew he had mental problems before taking his money, you knew what you were getting into, you didn't finish the task and then you kept his money.
To come on here still trying to justify why you want to screw someone and keep their $1,000 or whatever over a year later is just sad. It didn't work the last 3 times you tried to do it either. Now to post personal information about the guy does nothing but make you look more like a broke chump who wants to keep making excuses why not to repay someone who should be repaid. Also a little like a drama whore as well as you know this will get Nysus fired up and posting about it for another couple years.
