We had our cat for 15 years. She still had a few years left in her as she had no health problems at all. She was tortured and killed by 2 assholes one night.

So her last few minutes were spent in a brutal way. That is NOT how a cat we had for so many years should have spent her last moments.

You'll know when the time is right to put your dog to sleep. And just remember he's had a good life, and will suffer no more pain when he's gone... And he's gone with you, his owner and friend by his side, the way it should be...
