Its is not my responsibility to have to provide proof of anything. The implications for not knowing what it is you are uploading to your server can be very costly. One only has to use his or her imagination on what will happen if you get your ass in a sling. "I dont know where those pics came from" and "I didn't know how old she was" doesnt cut it.

You are trying to make it seem as though this guy is just uploading pictures of girls, where proof of her age exists, in the form of documentation on file with the producer of the images. This is not the case here, and I am assuming you know damn well it isnt.

I am totally against 2257 law requiring secondary webmasters to hold documentation. Not only will it NOT have the effect to do what it's meant to do, which anyone with intelligence knows is to cut down on the amount of free porn available, but, it also oversteps the rights of everyone, in the form of a tool, used for further persecution of adult content producers, and to continue to chip away to whatever right to free speech we have left. Its obvious they are going to say its to protect the kids. Thats all the mindless majority in our society will respond to. You think they are going to tell the public... "hey, we are actually trying to take away your rights to look at porn"
