I realized today that white people don't all hate me, they will do business with me and black people from Kansas don't necessarily hate me, either. What's more, when someone walks by me when I am out somewhere sitting down, or when someone is behind me in a store, they're not trying to hurt me. Even further I've realized that when someone is nice to me it's not always a sign that they're trying to get over on me.
I think this new information is really going to help
Plus - I realized the power of a positive attitude. I think hating everything and being real mad and stressed has held me back in some huge ways. I know it takes time to completely change my attitude .. But I am well on my way
