And we hear from a lot of customers that since they have switched to us from the competitors their revenue has increased, scrubbing is more secure and does not have any false positive etc.

Ask him to contact me, I am a man of my words. If he has a 40% increase in rebills, and can prove this with statements, I will paypal over USD 1.000 to him right away and ask my team to do a total makeover of the rebill system. (that is also of course with the same pricing, accepted cards, sites etc.)
