    Pay site

    I have been really thinking about making a GF type pay site lately since I own a GF type site where users submit pictures kind of like a tube site but its a forum. However, I was wondering if I do make a pay site with the same content from my forum. How would I follow the 2257? I have seen other GF sites get away with it because I know for sure some of those images are all over the net been for years.

      Some paysites don't care, some claim exemption from 2257, others are in jurisdictions where 2257 doesn't apply ie: everywhere except the USA.

                                  im going to eliminate that with close screening and deleting suspected content immediately Plus every post is heavy screened there are other forums such as mine pornbb for example and the same can be said about tube sites.

                                      If you don't have the proper 2257 info, you're breaking the law. If you don't have model releases, or if you don't have permission from these girls, you're selling their images without their permission. If you don't own the copyright on those images, you're open to even more problems. Are you sure its worth it?
