I've used it, it's a pretty good product. At the end of the day, it saves a ton of time and if you are an affiliate that does any sort of stats analysis (which you should), software like this is essential. Consider it part of running a business and help pitch in to keep the software running, if possible. Without paying subscribers, they will no doubt have to close shop soon enough.

I get what your saying about it making life easier but the upkeep on these types of programs can't be that time consuming once they're built. I can see pricing it the anti-virus route of $40-$50 a year but $20 a month (or $30 in the case of Stats Remote) over and over is too much in this climate. Heck, if they did $9.95 a month, they'd probably retain/gain many more customers.
