shit, anyone know how to contact them? RK isnt on ICQ, and I cant access there site, anybody know there email or phone number because ovbviously RK is not aware of the problem.
The server as NEVER been down in over a year, and they are excellent etc...

The main reason they filled for Chapter 11 is to organize but more importantly to get a court order to prevent any of their providers from shutting them down. As far as I know Yipes is still operational in all their markets.
Yipes will probably not go out of business, but if they do, we already have back-up connections in place from other carriers.Does anyone look down here?Comment

That's good to hear that you've got a backup in place. Curious though, what would happen to your IP ranges? I assume they were assigned from Yipes and not directly received from ARIN?
