I am speaking as a matter of principal and it is a very simple one....the payout I am waiting for is from funds that were taken from my customers credit cards about a month ago.
I am speaking that its already horrible to have to wait 2 weeks as you say because you hold funds... personally I think this is what gets you and companies like yours in trouble too often you are holding money that is not yours and when you hold it too long things like delays, and mishaps can happen...how about getting that money out of your possession and on to the rightful owners of the money more swiftly.
All I want is my money Thomas, I don't think I am being un reasonable I don't want to be hanging around in this thread when I have other things to do....
If other processing companies can ensure there are no delays with payouts what are they doing differently?
The point is very simple...those that are struggling to get by in the adult biz...and I know plenty are so don't be a gfy tough talking high roller...
The point is when we are already struglling and we have an expected payout date we make promises to pay other debts than the payout doesn't get here and we are looking stupid and silly trying to explain why a wire that was sent 5 days ago with a cost of 20 bucks to send it...still has not arrived...
we have the bank saying it was not received and the billing company saying it was sent...
the money is temporarily suspended in the 5th dimension somewhere because we don't have it...you don't have it...they don't have it??
