People get way too hung up on the "star" part of the term "pornstar". When people use the term "pornstar" or "porn star" they usually just mean a girl who has appeared in porn. Whether it's one shoot or a hundred movies doesn't matter. It's no different in mainstream where a guy who appeared for two minutes in a minor speaking role in a B-movie can call himself an "actor" just like Tom Hanks does.

Although in the adult community someone might be the "A-lister" of their own niche and fetish.
