Did you try to search there an answers to your questions or to post your issues there?
2. Support ticket system, which is always responded fast.
Did you try to submit a ticket?
3. Internal support-form in the admin panel
Did you use it?
4. Email support by any contact-form on aWIZ sites or directly to email address where you got installation report from.
Did you send your questions there and maybe didn't get assistance?
If you are really a legal customer, why not to use any of aforesaid simple ways and look for help in the outside place?...
