I think this deserved it's own thread.

What Evan is doing in the quote below is basically insinuating that I am a cheater. Decide for yourself if it's founded.

I never, NEVER make threads like this, but I take any and all accusations such as this VERY seriously.

Evan, I have offered time and again to speak with you about the xxxtom issue, yet you never seem to care for one on one discussions. You're holding a grudge over an issue that not only is WAY in the past but something you DO NOT KNOW the facts on. I even spoke with Kevin about this and feel free to ask him about it. A really great example is radio stations. Just about every radio show utilizes sound bytes from copyrighted material in their segways without authorized usage. I am no lawyer, but I am fairly certain there is a fair use exception out there for collectively recognizable characters. I could be wrong - and even if I am, who cares? My sigs are harmless fun, and your attempts to use it as ammunition is a weak cheap shot at best.

So, the bottom line is, if you got a problem - be a man about it and come to me with it, rather than act like a troll on the board and use it at your discretion; ESPECIALLY when insinuating I am a cheater.

Or is this too much to expect?

Oh, and just for clarification - here is what happened:

I was working for a mainstream company I will not mention that caught wind the Tom Sizemore tape was up for grabs.

As the only employee there at the time with adult contacts, they asked me to ask around and see if anyone was interested in promoting it/brokering it.

After a lackluster response, I reported back to them about 3-4 days later that no one I ran into really gave a shit, they dropped it and I never heard about it again.

Now, tell me Evan - how does this translate in your little fantasy world of "legal mastery" to me trying to "steal from your pocket"?

It was brought up and dropped within the course of a week, and I wasn't even spearheading the project. I had no knowledge you had anything to do with it that I can recall, it might have been a possibility you were making a bid or whatever - but how the fuck would I know that? Additionally, even if I did and those guys were planning on or thinking about outbidding you - calling that thievery is akin to saying anyone who outbids a domain sale and wins it is a thief or a scammer.

So there it is, business details I don't like sharing on public forums. I tried over and over again to tell you this one on one but you would not let me. I know I'm right, and I know you are wrong. There's really nothing more to it.

The only thing I have walked away with from this entire thing is the fact that you are the definition of a douchebag.

The only reason no one else is agreeing with me or will is because they don't want to risk possibly selling you a domain at some point in the future. Does this make you powerful? Sure. But you have only shown stupidity in this specific situation.

I have made my point and I am finished with this dramatic bullshit.
