Granted you probably don't like Paul for one reason or another but I've never seen him put up a fake twitter page, website(s) etc with the purpose of defaming another individual.

What you refuse to see is the difference between taking a piss on a board and actually cyber stalking/harassing an individual.

I don't know Paul, so I don't dislike him, I just don't agree with what he says. I see this for what it is; A history of events long enough running that it could build past even the point you see today, and continue on, without either or anyone being banned, screams the attacks, harassment, and stupidity came in at every direction, and was not as one-sided as you may think.

Both cyber stalked each other, in various ways... and both harassed the hell out of each other, and it had it's funny points - it truly did, but mostly it was filled with equal amount of stupidity.

You're refusing to accept that a history surrounds what you see today.... so it balances out either way.

Did I ever insinuate Damian was a pedophile?

Did I ever carry the argument to his family and insult them?

Did I ever state I had information that made an employee quit from him or was so bad it would embarrass me?

I DID say he lived in a rented fault, that he is a part time magician, that his marketing of himself is poor, that his knowledge of porn is poor and that he seems to favor piracy. He's changed his track on that.

Is any of that untrue?

You and I disagreeing is good. I believe in the product first and marketing second. You believe in it the other way around. On this we will never agree. Nothing wrong in that.

not sure what it looks like, but nobody likes a 'text book'.
Make sure you include some interesting anecdotes, some 'things gone wrong', and some 'behind the scenes' type discussions....
descriptions not just of when everything went right, but when you screwed it up horribly and how you learned from it...

Wow... A lot of back and forth since I last seen the thread. I feel me talking about the e-book at hand would be going off topic now. lmao. Anyway...

I have not read all of it but from what I see it has the makings to be pretty good! Just some suggestions...

1) I know it’s not complete but it really should be proofread. Part of it was an eyesore to read. lol. I’m sure once you have it in e-book format you will have worked that out.

2) Your section about the 29 poses is a great idea for the eBook. To make it better I say you use a girl or two from your website to demonstrate all positions for each one mentioned.

3) Although you mention things like umbrella, extra battery, snacks for the set, I think you should run with that idea and get more in depth. For example a chapter or sub chapter called "Things you should have on set to make the model more comfortable" and you can include things like Anal douche, vaginal wipes, lube, baby wipes, razors, shaving cream, disposable toothbrushes (Colgate wisp), liquid soap, body puff (you do want a female clean before filming), etc etc etc. Its not going to break the bank or put a real dent in the budget, things I’m talking about would not even total $100 if bargain shopped and would make for a pleasant experience. To even bank from it I say you include links in you ebook to these products and link up with an affiliate like drugstore.com, walmart, riteaid, wal greens, etc.

If you are planning a serious shoot and are paying for a crew. Can you risk the models not turning up on the day?

A good agent earns every bit of the 20%, the work that goes into getting models to audition, in finding models in the first place, and making sure they turn up for work.

Not only that a good agent suggest good models for the project, explains the project to the models. Helps with hotels, locations, crew and extras.

One of the reasons Prague and Budapest are great places to work are because of the great agencies there.

One of the problems with the UK is there is no agency. It is just pot luck if a UK models decides to turn up.

Does not surprise me that you cheated the agent out of her/his money, even after getting you 25 models to an audition. After all you took $2500 for shooting a one shot piece of "average for you" work.

Seems like these e-book is a recipe for committing professional suicide.

I think that's easier than learning how to pick models, manage models, direct models, know you're niche, etc.

With todays cameras, lights and edit suites being so simple to use and that I was able to master them 25 years ago.

The abundant demand for teens, amateur, gonzo, ex GF, and other low production porn. The massive decline in demand for high production porn.

The competition at the low production end of the market.

And models being harder to mange today, plus being humans they're all different. You can pick one blond and she will need totally different handling to the next.

Different cameras of the same model are all the same even most cameras are all fairly similar.

Learning to use a camera, lights and editing suite well enough to shoot porn is pretty simple. Must be I did it. Learning how to use a model to shoot porn isn't so easy. Not if you want to do good porn.

WRONG...

I say easy or hard, they are all thing you need to learn. You do not believe in Agents, but good agent will help you find excellent models to work with.

You never learned how to use a camera , or to light or to edit, never mind "master" them.

Hence you think the alternative job for you is wedding photography. If you had mastered those skills you could be filming for HBO, or doing photography for the dozens of mens mags.

I have found the models we work with helpful, friendly and very talented. Often with difficult backgrounds but with lots of potential.


I posted some links on how to get started. To help Paul learn the most basic skills that he lacks. Then he can go on to be creative, Which means for example instead of lighting every scene with flat shadow-less light , the scene would be lit to create an atmosphere to add to the scene. The scene would be shot with "shots" so that an editor can make the scene more dramatic and exciting, capturing the important moments in CU and reaction shots. The recordest would not only get a good live sound track, but also wild tracks of breathing , sex and anything else the editor could use to build up a complex sound mix.
