                                                                                  lol , parking ticket here is 10-20 bucks, but the bribe works better even 5 bucks, is more than enough.... and if your car has sticker of "govt. of india" then nobody dares.......no questions aked, no papers requirede , u just have to buy sticker. no kiddding.
