classic overkill, u see it often , 2 cops jump on someones back, making it impossible for the person to get his hands out from under him , then they beat him while shouting " stop resisting ". the shouting "stop resisting" serves 2 purposes. it gives them the "right" to continue the beating while at the same time , makes witnesses believe the victim is actually resisting even when often he/she is trying to complyhatisblack at yahoo.comComment
