Sorry Epitome, please accept my apology, I read your post wrong.
You are joking aren't you?
Damian, you're joking as well. If you had a pot to piss in I would of sued your ass to being penniless. You post stuff on the Twitter account that you dream up in your twisted mind. Why no posts about my dogs penis yet?
Nice to see you promoting a sponsor with leaks to 2 other processors. http://gfy.com/showthread.php?t=1032076Comment

Yes I need to totally rework that section. A shooter's personality is what can make or kill a shoot. One more though. Regarding the 'Model Communication' angle...
I understand what you are saying about joking that there is 'No Film in the camera' etc, and have no doubt that works for YOU...
Likewise, I feel confident that I too, could make a similar joke, and get away with it...
The same goes for the 'flirting angle'... HOWEVER...
Both you and I have a legit, verifiable history that can be checked up on... The person reading the e-book, and then booking his first model, does not have the same credibility...
Therefore, while the girl infront of your camera, or my camera, may well be new, or established, at least she knows the names of other models who have been there before her, and sees that the end product is going to be legitimately sold, alongside many other models doing similar shoots etc...
But the new guy - Well, I personally wouldn't recommend that he tries to flirt, or 'fool about' (Mentally, not physically) with the model...
Again, its all down to the individual, but I think that suggesting a brand new guy acts exactly the same way as a guy who has done shoots 100s of times, might not be the best approach for him to take...

prove what imbecile? that i think that's what he said?
or that it's you doing the infantile fake Paul Markham twitter page?
because if it's not you it's just another pathetic troll so who really gives a rat's ass.
of course as i mentioned to Paul that twitter page is harassment, so at the very least he could easily have it taken down and probably press charges.
whoever it is they fit the profile of low grade sociopath.

And another lol....
It would all depend on if you could prove that twitter account damaged to your rep and actually cost you money, which isn't going to happen. Either way, the damages amount would be very tiny... not enough to cover your own costs.
As well, I highly doubt you have the 10k to cover the lawyer each month. Being that you couldn't sue him in your region, you would have to take it to a place you both do business, money wise, so you can get the money if you win. Which will cost some money to find, and lawyers aren't cheap.
Then the $20k court filing cost (each time), and the probably 10+ trips you would have to make for discoveries alone. And the bond you would have to put up, equal to the amount you're suing for, just encase you lose - which any lawyer will ask for in a case like this.
I've gone through 3 lawsuits, biggest one costing us 3 million dollars. You're barking up a tree your retirement plan can't cover.

You might have a case IF the person doing it, owned a content company, making it actual damages.
How many people sue comedians for damages, because they poked fun at them and pretending to be them, even live on the stage with the people in the crowd sometimes, and actually win?Last edited by TheDoc; 07-28-2011, 01:52 PM.

owned a content company? how about the same line of work as in the adult entertainment industry??
would you like to wager how many lawyers would have a cakewalk with that one?Last edited by Caligari; 07-28-2011, 01:56 PM.

Yes, because it has to do with satire. If both were a competing business, you would have something, otherwise, you have satire.
You can find lawyers that will sue for anything... but that doesn't mean you will win.

if the perp making this fakepaulmarkham page has something tangible to do with the adult industry, any good lawyer could make a "competing business" connection

In the reverse, a half baked lawyer could easy prove how they aren't competing, before laughing his way out of the court on the satire claim.
Hello Saturday Night Live.... making fun of people in all types of way, cracking jokes about them for years, being wrong about it, even stupid things that can be viewed as lies... but in the end, satire.
