Actually Paul I think that fake twitter account is technically or legally harassment.
I know its only the product of some worthless troll but you could do some screen grabs and contact twitter to have them remove it.

I could simply get away with it, my strong point was my charm in the shoot and being able to say things others couldn't Even as a 40 year old I would say things to a girl that she would laugh at or take as flattery. If others said it she would walk out.

Mason got away with it in a different way, Colby was utter charm and Jack Harrison used to put on his foreign accent and flirt a lot. It was whether the girl really believed she wasn't safe or you were joking to make the work go better.

However it needs to be written better to explan it better. Being business like to a model, like you would to a secretary isn't going to work. IMO the girl needs to have her best coaxed out of her. XXX is a prime example of a shooter who can barely keep the girl awake or in the room.

We check IDs and flat bed scan them today or shoot them laying on the floor, then at the start of every scene we shoot the model holding her IDs. HIV tests are also checked before the shoot. Payment at the end, which might be 20 minutes after we start or the end of the day. That gives them incentive. Payment for the shoot is discussed with the girl at the time of booking. Need to make all that clearer.

This was very helpful. After some thought on the communication part I think it needs rewriting.

I need to get it right. I was able to get away with a lot of flirting, girls enjoy being flattered, when naked and doing sexy things they like it to be appreciated. What they don't like is it done in a way that scares or upsets them. A shooter who wants to be good needs, to develop his charm and work with models using it. Once it upsets the model, the day is over.

One more though. Regarding the 'Model Communication' angle...

I understand what you are saying about joking that there is 'No Film in the camera' etc, and have no doubt that works for YOU...

Likewise, I feel confident that I too, could make a similar joke, and get away with it...

The same goes for the 'flirting angle'... HOWEVER...

Both you and I have a legit, verifiable history that can be checked up on... The person reading the e-book, and then booking his first model, does not have the same credibility...

Therefore, while the girl infront of your camera, or my camera, may well be new, or established, at least she knows the names of other models who have been there before her, and sees that the end product is going to be legitimately sold, alongside many other models doing similar shoots etc...

But the new guy - Well, I personally wouldn't recommend that he tries to flirt, or 'fool about' (Mentally, not physically) with the model...

Again, its all down to the individual, but I think that suggesting a brand new guy acts exactly the same way as a guy who has done shoots 100s of times, might not be the best approach for him to take...
