Well it works for me on a mainstream sports blog as well as porn sites, but not as good as a blog devoted to the topic. Can't comment on adsense tho.

well, the links are going to end up on various sites due to the linking script I am using

If you can't use adsense, ask the owner of the site for a link in exchange for compensation.

Anyplace that has references to men's health, viagra, dating techniques, sports, and other "mostly male" sites will convert. Cross linking articles/post/ads to other PE sites will also work.
