From what I can tell this thread was started with two agendas, to sway some contest about tits, and to get some drama of a shitty situation. Fucking lame, and juvenile. How do you people find the time to run your businesses?

- At the end of it all Lisa deserves a huge apology and legal compensation. Sleazy manned up when he got the whole story and this shit wasn't even his fault, why can't the perpetrators of this thread show the same character? Like him or hate him he's one of the only one's I've seen show that backbone.

The conclusions I have come to since reading this in full are;

1) I will never post about something I feel until I have incontrovertible proof.
2) It is with much sadness that I find out iAlien is still alive, and just as much of a moron as ever
3) GFY is as confounding and drama riddled as ever

Admitting having been wrong honours him for sure.

People are wanting to put too much emphasis on security tapes that I doubt will show anything...
Caz brought up the tape deal.. that he was going to go look at them last Thursday... He's not been back to say anything...

Lisa's receipt, that she showed should have been enough to prove how she paid for her room...
Caz's copy, that he showed should have been enough to suggest there was a hotel error... when considering both receipts..

And after an individual at the Hard Rock acctng. dept. told me yesterday that such a scenario sounds like an internal error... I'm inclined to see it at just that.. as I've said all along..
With the stolen wallet having nothing to do with the room incident..

Lisa's lawyer is dealing with her end of it, and I'm sure once the dust settles, she will let everyone know the how's, why's, and what-not's of the situation...

I apologize to Mike and Ycaza for sounding so harsh in my previous post.

I have met Mike and he seemed like a good guy (plus he is a fellow surfer, so he can't be all bad), and Ycaza is one of the few that can hang with me in the long hair category.

My point is simply, that apologizing is not a bad thing. However, making bold accusations and then ignoring the issue is not cool at all, especially in the face of evidence refuting your initial allegations.

In all honesty, I might have jumped to the same conclusion as you guys did (with what evidence you had in the beginning), but given what has transpired since then, I would say it's time to settle this deal.

If your lawyers are telling you to not talk - then at least you should be able to post that.

No doubt we will hear the verdict if this goes to court (or gets settled out of court), so your only hope at avoiding a lawsuit would appear to hinge on an initial apology (unless you have any evidence beyond what has been shown so far, to justify the smear campaign against Lisa).

what evidence? I got bored with this thread at about page 6.
was there evidence that the hotel made a mistake?
was there evidence that the card was not used in an attempt to pay for someone other than the card holders room?

fill me in since I've obviously missed something.
