One of the few things Obama/Dems have done well is demonize the Republicans in this cycle. "the party of no" is brilliant. Obama makes all kinds of demands with a "take it or leave it attitude" - then does a press conference talking about bipartisanship and trying to cooperate even though that was never the case.. then call them the "party of no" which means basically that if/when they object to anything, its expected because they are all assholes and not entitled to an agenda or opinion or differing stance on the issue. This has been extremely cleverly done and my hats definitely off to them for this one.
Listen to these guys... you'd think only Obama has a good idea and only Obama cares and everyone else is just a greedy asshole. It's awesome. I mean how simple minded does one have to be to sincerely believe that only their side can be right, only their side cares, only their side has good intentions and anyone that does not agree with their side clearly has an agenda to destroy the country? Its fucking awesome!
