Are you trying to say Obama has out spent Bush? Because that is simply impossible.

It's rather simple really, it represents the cost (or projected costs) of the policies each President actually started. Not really much to mislead here.

And are you serious? The chart shows the stimulus and final bailout together, look at it! You're being silly here, nothing to disprove with that, even if they're off, it's not 3x the amount.
Comparing two presidents, one with 8 years and one with 1/2 a year is hardly NOT misleading, that's what I'm trying to say

Carbon is not the problem, it makes up 0.041% of our atmosphere , 95% of that is from Volcanos and decomposing plants and stuff. So people in the US are responsible for 13% of the carbon in the atmosphere which 95% is not from Humans, like cars and trucks and stuff and they want to spend trillions to fix it while Solar Panel plants are powered by coal plants
