it's different for all countries and where you're sending to.. for instance from USA to Canada its close to 10% from USA to Ukraine its 4% from USA to China its either for 4% or even less.
As they told me on the phone the further its being sent - cheaper it gets.

Another thing to keep in mind: it is cheaper to send WU from one of local places. If you send from WU site with credit card - it will cost you more.

Plus be aware if you use a creadit card they are going to treat it as a cash advance and you are going to pay fees their as well ;) If you are going into a office to do it then it does not matter but then why not just send a bankwire if you are already having to go to a office to send it. Bankwires are very fast now aways. Not westernunion same day fast but typcially 24 hours.
