How often can we submit mobile galleries? Aside from the regular gallery every 3 days.

We have an new submit page with webmaster tools. You can submit as many as you like and prioritize the galleries you want to get reviewed first. Please keep in mind that submitting more galleries does not mean more reviews/listings. So it's best to stick like 10 pending galleries for the coming months
