I don't care about right or left. You are extreme liberal. It's your views that are not only biased against the US, but biased against one side of US politics. That makes it even weirder. Canada has politics too. I'm not Canadian, but i've heard this is the case. Try caring about whats going on in your own back yard. Or at least care about whats happening at home as much as you care about whats happening in another country (which is just plain weird).

Carbon is not the problem, it makes up 0.041% of our atmosphere , 95% of that is from Volcanos and decomposing plants and stuff. So people in the US are responsible for 13% of the carbon in the atmosphere which 95% is not from Humans, like cars and trucks and stuff and they want to spend trillions to fix it while Solar Panel plants are powered by coal plants

But as I've said over and over in this thread...the TINY cuts that they are wanting to do (which will of course keep all the politicians rolling in the money) are stupid too.
The Republicans want 4 trillion over TEN years. Reid wants 2.7 over TEN YEARS.
This is bullshit. They need to cut 4 trillion THIS YEAR. They are forecast to spend 303 BILLION dollars in August. And only bringing in 174 Billion. So while we have a huge national deficit...they are STILL using deficit spending every month.
And they want to "cut" the budget for the year by the amount they spend every MONTH?
WTF?
That shit wouldn't fly in my personal or business budget.
But our govt. is doing it. And you best believe that those career politicians (dems and repubs are the same damn thing) are living in luxury and making millions of dollars while they pad the pockets of their friends with taxpayer money.
They are still...today...spending almost twice as much every day as they bring in.
Just pure common sense would tell you to STOP that! And then address paying down the debt.
How in the hell are we EVER going to start paying one dollar on our debt if they keep spending twice as much as they bring in?-Robbie

Now, are the politicians AND the US Citizens ( inckuding the baggers ) ready to slash into :
- DOD
- Various wars that are not on the books ( on drugs, on gays, etc ... )
- Unemployment payments for those that should not receive them ( they are out of work because they left the job, were bad employees - late, bad attitude, .. - , are chronic abusers of the system )
- subsidies to various undeserving groups or again companies
and you can go on ...
Naturally, the Bush tax cuts should have been expired , but your president needs to grow a pair ...
