Again, let's use my friend as an example. He drives a big honking pick up truck, and in the past year he's had three accidents. He claims they weren't his fault and that he was rear ended. But ten minutes as a passenger in his truck tells me all I needed to know - He tailgates, doens't have the stopping power he needs, stops shorts, which causes others to rear end him.
