i would say toronto and montreal.. vancouver has talent, but is much smaller in size than both TO and MTRL.. plus, Vancouver has crazy housing prices now.. you'd be buying in surrey for 350kComment

I can't speak to talent, but I just moved to Montreal from Toronto and so far this city kicks Toronto's butt.
