The Site:
BabeDrop.com is a softcore babe gallery ratio site. The ratio script is custom and allows for mutliple domains. The site is based on BabeloggerV2, but a lot of customization has been done, and an image cropper added. Currently the site is operating on an all-time ratio, but it can be modified to use a rolling 3, 7, or any other ratio period.
The gallery portion of the layout is CSS for speedy rendering on the surfers screen.
Most of my galleries have been made made with Arylia, included in the sale. There are something like 150 galleries already made for the site.
Stats and Earnings:
Some huge plugs were bought for the month of July using funds from advertising spots sold on BabeDrop.com None of this money is included in the revenue.
Average monthly income from PPC ads, dating, and affiliate sales for May and June: $1400/month
July seems to be following that $1400 average pretty well, and I can get figures at the end of the month.

Why am I selling: This has been a fun business and hobby for the last year and a half or so, however I've been pretty sick for the last couple months, and with school coming up, I'll be needing to get on to other things. I'm in no real hurry to get rid of this site, since if I leave it sitting around I'm sure it'll still make a few bucks. I'd rather have it go to someone that won't waste all my work by letting it die completely.
The sale:
This isn't a fixed time auction for a few reasons:
It's the summer, and people just aren't around.
People feel they can't spare the cash.
Summer = lazy webmasters
And finally, I'm not going to let this go to somebody that's just lowballing me because nobody else is interested in making an offer at the current time.

Site's Requirements:
I will not be providing extensive support for the site after it is sold, so you should have some knowledge of PHP and MySQL. The site likely needs to be hosted on a dedicated server. Oversold shared hosting such as Dreamhost will no be adequate.
I spend a bit of time every day submitting galleries to other ratio sites, linkdumps, and the like. If you want to keep up traffic, you'll need to do the same. Or simply tap into some of your established trades.
Arrow Trader Lite 3 needs to be installed to keep the toplist.
Post Sale:
Any sold ad spots currently on the site will need to be left up until they have run their course. This could mean leaving a skyscraper or front page spot up for nearly a month after you buy the site. This is because I have sold ad spots, but have no idea when the site itself will be sold. (This also benefits you, because there's a good chance the current buyers will want to renew the spots).
You'll need to let me know a couple customization options:
Would you like all galleries to be hardlinked, or run through an out.php style url?
Would you like the site to run on an all-time ratio, or a rolling period?
