This needs to be restated.

One other thing...if people take this offer up on discounted submit passes, has GTS discussed this with the TGP owners? Generally TGPs, at least the good ones, won't list more then a certain number of galleries from anyone 1 sponsor per day....it's just the way it is. If 10 people take this offer up and submit 2 TMC galleries per day...out of those 20 galleries they'd be lucky if 7 gets listed (that's a really optimistic number). As a week or two passes that number would drop even lower.

The value of these discounted passes...well...if you can't get listed then you're just paying for the privilege to submit

So you might want to rethink a better way of making reparations to TMC and in a timely matter that coincides with their relaunch.

Once again, what really MAKES a thread is the side fights. Good God, this thread is fucking hilarious.

Dude why are you always so bitter? I don't think I have ever seen you make a positive post. In the initial thread you kept insisting that Mark apologize for jumping the gun in starting a thread that could be potentially damaging to the program that he was implicating before having all the facts. I am sure that 99% of the webmasters out there would have taken the same route in contacting the program owner that the gallery traffic was presumably being sent to without an affiliate code as the only person that would benefit from the traffic would be the program owner. No one really knows for sure what was said when gts initially contacted TMC as icq logs can be doctored, so it really becomes a he said she said situation. In any case hopefully both of the parties involved will have learned from this incident and will know how to handle similar situations should they arise in the future.

So Frank, as I was saying you kept pestering Mark/GTS to apologize throughout the entire 11 pages of the first thread, then when he finally does (as he said he would if it was proven he was in the wrong) you insult him for that as well. You don't make a lot of sense in that regard, it looks like Mark can do no right by you.

You really shouldn't concern yourself so much and get worked up over situations that you aren't involved in, it's not healthy man. Over time all that hostility and anger has the potential to make you very ill, you should probably learn to chill a bit man. Your comments only add fuel to the fire. You would probably find out that if you try to help in resolving an issue rather than making things worse that you will actually feel a lot better with yourself in knowing that at least you have tried to help resolve a problem rather than making things worse. Give it a shot you may be surprised.

Now as far as damaging TMC's reputation, it is debatable. I for one had never even heard of TMC before this incedent despite my being in the business for close to 10 years now. You I am sure are familiar with the term "No publicity is bad publicity". Well I am sure that TMC has gotten a lot of exposure from this, and surely you must understand that GTS is in no way benefiting from all of this as their offer to give people promoting TMC a deal on traffic at their cost. tmc_producer the TMC program owner seems to be pretty understanding and doesn't seem to interested in any more drama.

In situations such as these we should try to all work together to find out who is behind the fraudulent activity. This after all could affect all of us in the long run making processing even more difficult than it already is.

If Mark made this post saying something like: Im really totally sorry. I was so out of line its not funny anymore. I'll do anything to make it up with you. And heres 5k in traffic for free - then i still wouldve said Mark is a bitch but at least he made it up with this guy.

Instead Mark makes a thread saying yeah we were kinda wrong but this and that and please everybody buy passes from me.
