Well you know you need to take it out of flash first. Second would be tossing in a blog that you regularly update and that is publicly accessible so the search engines can crawl it. Make your urls pretty and your pages have unique titles. Its best if your pages validate also. That's just the basics. Once you got a good foundation you can start thinking about how to improve your internal linking structure to get the most out of your potential. Obviously changing the structure, updating the content and adding text links would do the trick, but if you want to leave the flash just cloak the site and give google exactly what they want :P

well, I think without any bullshitting and cheating (like cloacking the site) you can get your positions on google, just try to think about a relevant fresh content, and a better structure, like what someone already adviced with pretty urls and with good design for keeping your visitors.

Anyway, sry to say this, but I think your site look really sucks. Maybe 15 years ago this would be good, but now... u should fire the guy made this.

a few basic ideas and thoughts

1) site redesign - kill flash unless it's a minor part of the site. minimal design is better then 80's design
2) more content
3) do a blog under sub or whatever as long as its pingable and visible
4) get some viral shit going with your stuff
5) meta on the site is weak, load it up and optimize
6) cloak, googlebombs etc are bad if done wrong...if not

The best way for a white hat seo to get results is to hire a black hat :P
