I say yes, It's obvious that mike had an agenda so fuck him right away. As far as DH stands at first he was just reckless and he needs to learn you can't just put other peoples business in harms way just because you can't handle your own in a professional manner. Worst of all it's obvious that both parts are in the wrong and they can't man up and just say sorry and try and fix the situation.
