    ClickThruCash.com = SCAM !!!

    Their TOS allows them not to pay you, if they didn't make a profit off your traffic (even if you followed all of their rules and your traffic was 100% legitimate!)

    All the proof you need is here in this thread (complete with quotes from TOS and posts from un-paid webmasters):

    P.S. Ironically, they also didn't have enough decency to even pay the "winners" in that thread! ... And now they're getting into the medical insurance biz out of all things.

      As much as it sucks, when you sign up for something you have to read the TOS and ya got to live with it. I'm sure they have those measures in there to prevent fraud and to cover themselves legally.

          All programs (or at least most) have TOS that say that they can terminate you and not pay you at any time they want.
          It's not really anything new.

              Hey eurabia, that clause is for people who are actually doing the exact opposite, and trying to cheat clickthrucash's system. It allows clickthrucash to legally cut off a scammer/cheater and not have to spend time argueing while they can be helping all of their legitimate webmasters.

              I have always been told my traffic is garbage and no other affiliate program wanted it and I have been amazed with clickthrucash's honest payments.

              That should clear up all the confusion :-)

                              thats a tad harsh, every sponsor has terms like that , and one would assume if they were doing nothing wrong there shouldnt be a problem.. so he did read the TOS and he didnt violate anything in the TOS , he is suprised that when they said they can shut your account down and take your cash for any reason that it didnt mean everyone , as im sure anyone would be.

                              have you ever seen that sign " we reserve the right to refuse service" at restaurants? would you be upset if you paid for dinner then the cook came out and said " i dont like you , you have to leave and were not giving your money back ". If you told what happened to other people , would it be silly for someone to say "biz is biz , go eat at another restaurant" ?

                              with a small payout like this my best advice would be to move on , but that doesnt mean he shouldnt be upset they dont want to pay him..

                              If i was buying adwords to send to a program and they said " hey we didnt make a big profit from you so your banned and were keeping your money " means i just wasted my time and money . I dont care whats in the terms i will be showing up at your door with a crowbar..

                              a "REASONABLE" assumption would be that if you didnt do anything to violate their terms you will be paid.

                              although granted , everyone should know by now any click thru program will not pay you if they dont make money . I would call this being "naiive" not a "moron".

                                  I'm still waiting to be paid by these guys. So far they've managed to ignore every form of contact I've tried to make for the last 2 weeks regarding my account. Personally, I'll hold off before throwing out the S word, but I am a bit concerned.

It's like buying an ad in New York Times, and after they ran the ad and send you the bill, you send the bill back to them and write in big red letters on it: "FUCK YOU, DROP DEAD, IM NOT PAYING CAUSE I DIDN'T MAKE A PROFIT!"

                                                      This is EXACTLY what these scumbags from ClickThruCash and MayorsMoney (MM is behind CTC) are doing. They think that they're very clever and that noone would catch on.

I contacted Wizzo personally several times on ICQ. you said you would take care of it tomorrow, then the last time I contacted you you said to send in a ticket. I sent in a ticket a few days ago and have heard nothing.
