Based on what I read - yes I would have been pissed if I had sceen her name on my credit card bill and probally would have accused her as well publically. I would have been SUPER pissed if someone else like mike hawk did it for me though without my concent.

I would disagree. Her best legal chances are against the guy who made this thread and essentially called her a crook. The hotel clearly made a mistake, but that mistake didn't force others to defame her. The evidence was still very flimsy at the time.

You called her a thief and a crook. You said she shouldn't be trusted in the industry. Free speech means nothing if you called her something she is not and it hurt her reputation. Caza was probably the most careful in the thread, but his insinuations fueled the fire.

Tony404, I am not a lawyer nor know the laws, but I believe one can name anyone in a lawsuit as long as a legal name and address is served, and one might have to deal with it, even if it is just paper work to clear ones name.

You can name anyone you want in a lawsuit but if they arent in the us they dont have to answer it. Think Bit torrents,if that was the case they would of been sued back to the stone age. Dont think your troll , just some sorry guy who has nothing better to do in his life then focus on me and what I do.

Thanks for the info, I actually did a lawsuit that involved one person that lived outside the US doing business in the USA and it all work out.

Sorry you think you know everything, I thought by now you would know that I am not a guy

Although Sleazy started in the gutter with very negative comments and bold accusations directed towards Lisa, I commend him for ultimately deciding to take the high road, and apologizing to Lisa.

I've been told by mutual acquaintances that Scott (Sleazy) feels like he has to live up to his GFY board persona, so he frequently states things that they claim are out of character with the person he really is. I guess this is an example of that.

I believe in compassion and reconcilliation, and try to adhere to the principal of, "To err is human, to forgive is divine." If he is sincere (and not simply covering his ass legally), then I think what he has done is a good thing.

Let's see if Mike Hawk and Ycaza can similarily seek redemption by apologizing to Lisa (in the absence of anything that resembles hard proof that she did anything wrong).

No my name never appeared on his credit card statement. The only way my name is tied into this is that the hotel allowed his card on my room. It could have been anybodys room at the hotel.

a 'board persona' is the way people really are when they are not face to face with people. You can compare it with drunk people: People on boards and drunk people always show how they really are. The 'board persona' excuse is 100% bullshit.

As a matter of fact the receipt Caza has is of my hotel bill, that the hard rock supplied him with. So much for any privacy at the hard rock. Yes my legal name and home address on the bill.
