You apparently didn't see her copy of the bill that shows the charges, and the credit to those charges made with HER credit card.. paying the balance in full.
Why shouldn't that be proof enough?
Then Caz shows his copy, showing the identical charges but showing it was paid with his card.
Which I would think would show that the hotel screwed up...
Oh... yes I guess it's true that she could have paid for her room with her card, then thought, "Oh what the Hell.. I think I'll just pay for this room again with this nifty credit card I stole"..

Wow now I need to die for someone else's error....as for posting the receipt....I did that and my attorney told me take it down......so I will not repost it again. The bills - both his copies and her - don't seem to support that. And what, reversed $388 then ONLY used the "stolen" (which, might I add, I still haven't seen proof it was stolen) to cover $300 of that? C'mon.
Seriously folks, do you not get errors on your freaking hotel bills??!! $6 and hour clerks+computers=errors. Period.

So if you are innocent Lisa, get the hotel to print out somethign saying so. Honestly i'm in shock this has gone as long as it has and you have nothing from them so far to that end. NO WAY if a mistake happened to me would I not get somethign like that from the hotel clearing my name.
You not having something to that end at this time actually says a lot against you and makes you look more guilty.
If the hotel does admit a mistake - then really it's the hotel that takes the blaim and I have enough balls to offer an apology and make it public as I've stated from my first post that your accusal is based on that bill with your name on it.
