That could be the gun on the ground, the video is not that clear.
I was listening for the reporter to say something about it but I don't think he did.
That's really wild if that is the gun. An angry person could have picked it up and
fired it.
Not good if that's the gun and it took that long for cops to secure it.
It would be a poor job to get shot at, then shoot the suspect and
not find the gun while 100 people walk all around it.
100 people there and none of them saw the gun on the ground?
As for gun shot residue, hmmmmmmmmm, he was shot with a gun five times.
That might just leave some residue.
If he had a gun then it doesn't matter who fired first. He'd only have to brandish
the gun to get shot.
