If I had the idea to do that correctly then I would have already done it!
But I would think that having loads of money would be how.
Example :
1. Buy premium names that sell for thousands
2. Use those name to attract buyers as you sell them off
3. A lot of the buyers will hang around and become sellers also.
4. Lurkers seeing these premium names sell for thousand will become sellers.
