this is very easy if you have photo shop and some real girl dancers or models standing in the pose you like.
its just a matter of threshhold and inverting or layer removal. I can do this to anypic in less than a minute (depending on how clean you want it to be though.)
sometimes I will run a stroke layer in red to find imperfections. and erase them out.
