        Honestly, there are no legal grounds to bring a lawsuit against Ycaza. He never openly accused Lisa (in public) of anything. Remember that, technically, the identity of the person was still up for speculation when Lisa came forward and identified herself as the person in question.

Mike Hawk started this, tried to affect Lisa's success in the booble contest, and in fact attempted to torpedo her chances by prematurely using unproven and unfounded accusations publicly.

                                                                                    The usual way people handle a situation like this is to call the cops and have them investigate what happened. and once all the facts are in they either settle up and move on or THEN they report their findings publicly.

                                                                                    Not here though, not in our lovely quaint little "community". At the first sign of percieved drama it's "run to the boards" time and "All bets are off, trash first and ask questions later. Let's out the bitch now while the iron is hot, HELL let's play a guessing game for a few hours first and cast a shadow of doubt on the character of all twelve girls in the contest, think of the pageviews!"

                                                                                    Ycaza comes off as more reasonable and level-headed than Mike does in this thread, granted, but as it stands BOTH of them really need to man up and get back here and deal with this mess. He never openly accused Lisa (in public) of anything. Remember that, technically, the identity of the person was still up for speculation when Lisa came forward and identified herself as the person in question.

From what I know of her and the word that comes from industry peers she is the kind of person that would turn one in with the cash, imo. She has handled herself very professionally in this crazy biz from day 1 and has earned a great rep for years of being a stand up business person. Never heard one bad thing about her until this which it seems apparent is an unfortunate situation but based on suspicion and not fact. I guess because she has avoided typical model drama for all these years meant that she had to pay some dues to the god's of porn, or the bro club or whatever.
