I'm not a very active affiliate at medley.
So i made 1 sale using their percentage program and this member is still active.
So i made more than my payment threshold ($50) with a single member.

And while this member is still active, medley declined my payment.

Here is their answer:

Your affiliate payment has been declined. It was declined for one of the following reasons:

- Not meeting the required ratios on the per click or per member payout
- Members or Orders need further review from our abuse team

Since these 2 explanations are obviously wrong in my case (1- is not possible since i'm using the percentage program, 2- my member is active since january or february, so i got several rebills from the same guy, so it is not possible).

I hope that the real explanation is not:
"sorry, but since you are not very active, we think it is better to shave you".

They have now contacted me and have determined that the w9 form they have on file is no longer enough, they now want a copy of my driver's license. I don't know how comfortable I feel giving those people of all people a copy of my ID.

Considering everything else they've been doing shady, I can only imagine what they will be doing with all of our driver's licenses.

Medley is AFF, they are not new.

I'm waiting for their answer, if they need a ton of paper, they could check the account before the payment or write that something will be needed later to get paid.

requirements are stupid, you sent them a member which made them money, just cause you didnt send x amount doesnt mean they get to rob you

why do you have to send a minimum in order to get paid.

if a webmaster sends you a paid signup you make money off it, so you can decide not to pay?

what if 100 webmasters send 1 signup each, you make $$$ off it, but you can get away with not paying those 100 signups because of your limits

Hey Fris,

1. Ratio requirements are on the PPC program not PPS or Revshare. We're 1 of the last companies left still with ppc payouts and obviously we need to some requirements otherwise we would lose money on ppc. We also have a minimum payout across the board of only $50. Every sponsor has a minimum payout and $50 isn't a whole lot.

2. ID's are required for our broker program (webmaster referral) not for regular affiliate accounts. This is to stop people from cheating and referring themselves. This change was made a long time ago with emails sent to everyone.

My understanding is our affiliate manager Brent is in contact with the original poster handling this issue so I just wanted to toss in the above answers.
