Takin' a break from the usual earlier this evening, the wife and I walked down our street to check out AquaFire Night - the first event of its kind set up along the old historic Welland Canal.
The city floated hundreds of bonfires in the canal, and brought in a large orchestra to play classical music on a floating bandshell. And around town buskers entertained the crowds with acts of fire.
