                        Someone told me something last night that I wanted to look at because I had been defending you, but I couldn't because you took it down. That is the only reason I asked.

                        I am reserving judgement on this.

                        I know if I lost my wallet and all of a sudden my credit card was being used to pay for someone else's room I would be pissed too. You can't blame him for jumping to conclusions.

                        You posted your copy, someone last night told me there was a discrepancy, I was going to show them there wasn't. But I will bow out and not say a word until this is over.

                            The thing I have seen is my receipt did not have Caza credit card information on my copy as it had on his copy.

                                            I doubt anyone went anywhere to clear up anything.. I think he said he was gonna return to look at the security tapes so Lisa would drop to her knees and beg for forgiveness.. and it all pretty much backfired on him...

                                            But.. I could be wrong...

                                            and I think even if he did look at the tapes it wouldn't show anything because I don't think anyone used the card there... just a hotel snafu where his number (already on file) was used to charge someone else's room... erroneous charges apparently happen alot... either accidentally or intentionally..

                                                                The lawyer said take page one down since it is irrelevant. Page two had Caza card on his copy and not mine. The point is my room was paid for with my card. I have nothing to hide obviously I am still here taking the bunches that you just swung at me again.

I called Lisa today, I asked her to take care of this quietly with me, on the first call she was nice enough, but refused to acknowledge it. I did not have the fax yet, but the hotel had told me the room number and the person in it. Some digging and I found out who it was. The card was given to the front desk by someone, I doubt it was lisa, long hair I might have but I am not that cute, so Its down to her friend or hubby as far as I can think. This is my opinion and honestly, I would just like to have my wallet back, the hard rock instantly credited my account, Big props to them also. I hate drama, I am not a keyboard warrior, anyone that goes to shows can pick me right out, I am at all of them. I will be in miami, and trust me, I wish this had never happened, and I really preferred to keep this under wraps and I gave the partyies involved a way to do so.

                                                                                                                        I am still open for a return of my things without going to the cops. I would love the thousand in cash that was in there, but I have slim hope of that. Thats a shame, but, whatever. Obviously I have a lot of friends in this thread and I thank you for your kind words, you guys are what makes being in this business really great.

                                                                                                                                Sleazy... the end result is there was no proof Lisa did it. She wasn't anywhere near him when the wallet dissapeared and it appears she was at the airport when the charges were done on his card.

                                                                                                                                Given neither Mike Hawk nor Ycaza have shown up since Ycaza was supposed to have seen the video tapes, there's a good chance they don't have the balls to say they were wrong.. OR Lisa's lawyer has contacted everyone involved and the lips are sealed due to things going to court.

Lisa and hubby were at the airport when the CC was used at the front desk. They had paid using the express checkout.

                                                                                                                                                        Ycasa was supposed to have seen the hotel video on Thurs.. He hasn't said word 1 about it around here. In fact if he does say he was wrong, I'd think he'd be ripe to be fucked in court.. better to say nothing and hope it goes away.

                                                                                                                                                        The bottom line.. yes.. charges were put on his card even though it had been cancelled supposedly (Hotel mistake #1 right there), there's been no proof Lisa etc. had anything to do with it. It showed up on her bill.. A partial payment. Which is weird in itself... Ycasa made alegations without solid proof. Your repsonse so far has shown exactly the damage that's been done to Lisa's rep in this business.. I'd say she has some really good grounds if she ends up being cleared.

The Hard Rock Hotel didn't post this information (or any information) on a major adult message board to ruin anyones reputation. The billing error (if that's what it was) did not cause this. Billing issues (mistakes) happen every day at the HRC. The missing wallet and this silly contest keep getting brought up.
