                      send a bill to yourself via pay pal

                      when you get it, click on the credit card icons next to "don't have pay pal?"

                      use paxum mastercard to pay

                      it works fine.

                          this generally works if you have your acct setup properly with paypal.

                          also for those that want to add your paxum cc as a loading option to your paypal once you add the card submit a support ticket for the pending transation tha tpaypal put on your acct

                          you will need that info they put in the transaction details

                              You do not need to add paxum to your pay pal.

                              Just send yourself a pay pal bill. On the bill is a login option for pay pal users OR an option to pay with a cedit card if you do not have pay pal. Choose the second option and pay with your paxum mastercard. Now you have money in your pay pal from paxum.

                                  AFAIK it only works for people in US, never heard of anyone out of US that can use Paxum with Paypal. But that happened with Epass as well, it was only for US, then some countries were allowed, then none. Anyway, try and see by yourself to know what happens in your specific case

                                                          Did hit the link for cc payment, but it was not accepted.
