    Traffic Faker? What is this?

    Anyone have any idea of exactly how this site works? I just found some referral links to one of my sites from this place, trafficfaker.com. I'm not quite getting how it works or what it is about.

      What happens is this.. one or 2 fake hits are sent to a site and then when a webmaster checks his stats and finds the unknown url he visits it to check it out ...its nothing more than that.

      The idea is do it to 1000,s of sites and you will have 100,s of webmasters visiting your site.

          You can get free programs to do this, although if you got half a brain you can find better ways to get webmasters to come to you.

                          It won't do shit for you unless you are pushing a hosting company or something else webmaster related as far as traffic goes.

                          Having large amounts of stats backlinks will hurt you in Google.
