You guys post shit like, "Designer needed ASAP" and when we do talk on ICQ, you guys are totally clueless on what the fuck you want done.
Yanno, it's really hard to know how to quote anyone when you have no clue on what you want done. I need specs, how many this and that, details on the project, etc and etc. Not this petty shit. I just need quotes on shit, I thought about and a couple weeks away on a project. Quotes on what? You don't even know completely what you want done. I can't quote a fair price on that.
It also kills me when you get ICD'd by some nitwit wasting my time in ICQ for a half hour or so and he ends up, just fishing for people to do a sample banners, for fucking free for him. Telling me, she has other webmasters doing a sample banner for him.
I mean come on. You see my portfolio and know what I can do. If you want a banner. I'll make one, but your going to pay for it. My time isn't free. I have a family to feed like everyone else. They way I see it. If they aren't willing to pay $10 for a banner they want done. they aren't going to pay shit on anything.
Now, if any people want some serious design work done. by a hungry fucking designer. I'm your man. I can do ANYTHING and everything you need done.
I been in this business 11 years and have worked for some of the biggest names in the business.
Here are my qualifications;
-11 years experience in adult web design. Known as Rhino to the old timers.
-3 years experience working for 2 MAJOR Adult webmaster boards as their personal designer, advertising director and moderator of Webmaster boards.
-Master of all Adobe products; PH, Illustrator, Flash, toon design Video editing.
-Programming in PHP, ASP.net, Perl, Mysql, and god whatever, I can't think of because I am not awake yet.
I have also worked for 2 major sponsors exclusively for 3 years. Tushy Cash as their video editor and LotzaDollars are their personal designer.
I can do everything from build freesites to design major fucking mainstream websites. Steaming with audio and video. Live online radio sites.
Granted, my portfolio up on my unused domain doesn't look flashy. That's an old design I had up from 5 years ago, on one of my old design sites. I used it to throw together my portfolio. Plus, I have 2 gigs worth of work, I have done over the years and I can't throw it all up there. So you get a few samples.
Now god dammit. I have experience up higher than 99% of these mother fuckers in this business.
With me, you don't have to do a project and then hire a fucking coder to finish the job. It fucking kills me that a lot of designers don't know how to fucking code. They throw their shit out and say there it is.
You have one designer last night, made a post on GFY, wanting to exchange design services for SEO work. I mean, are you kidding me? you build shit, but don't know how to promote it?
If you guys need some fucking design work done or coding. I'm your man.
If you?re looking for someone to become part of the team and no freelancer. I'm your man. But, right now, until that opportunity comes available. I'll do whatever.
