I was thinking the same thing. Doesn't add up. He is going to get his $300 refund through his card anyway. If they show him the tapes i bet it isn't anyone he will recognize. Hotel will give him her person contact info but wont send him a still image of the person on the tape. Making the trip sounds like a waste of money.

Sorry.. but I had to go back and read one of Caz's post where he said,
It shows clearly that a person went to the front desk with my card and probably my wallet and paid off the room for who we know as Lisa Sparxxx with my credit card. The fax is in front of me and clearly states it was presented at the front desk.
Nothing shows by anything that the physical card was used unless he can see it on the tapes..
Just shows that his number was used, so I shall fall back on my original thoughts that it was the hotel that fudged it.. accidentally or otherwise..Comment

In a nutshell....
Accusation: Wallet was stolen and credit card used by Lisa Sparxxx to pay her hotel bill.
Facts: Wallet might have been lost or stolen, owner does not really know what happened to his wallet. No proof Lisa or anyone in her party were anywhere near the wallet at any time. Lisa used express checkout and was apparently at the airport when charges were placed on the *lost/stolen* card to pay a *portion* of her hotel bill.
Assumptions: Conspiracy theories, hotel employee mix-up etc. however as things unfold it appears that Lisa did nothing, she is a victim of circumstance and this matter should have been kept off of the boards until such time as actual proof of wrong doing existed.Last edited by wyldblyss; 07-20-2007, 05:26 AM.Comment
